Dr. Manato is a graduate of University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine. He also holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Centro Escolar University, College of Dentistry in the Phillipines. Alfonso Bowens is a graduate of Bowie State University with a B.S. in Political Science. He also has a MBA in Human Resource Management. He is a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society as well as a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Alfonso has over 10 years of Human Resource Management experience.
